were you requested to submit an RCMP police certificate ? if so how long did it take you to get it , I'm waiting for my wife's Certificate now its been about 26 days .

Hi as you can see the timeframe for Mexico use to be 15 to seven months
Meaning that's what's in the official page of immigration, some cases take less
Some cases more according to the completeness of the application and if the cases
Is straight forward meaning not red flags, anyways your government is working
In bring down the processing times for this applications, so hopefully all of us
Will get with our loves one soon, good luck

Hello, my wife received the request for police certificates on May 12th, The embassy received the certificates on May 23rd, but we didn't receive nothing since then. does anybody know how much time does it takes from police certificates request to passport request/interview? Thank you

Ok so I'm confused. They asked me to send two pictures along with the passport but the picture requirements say the picture has to be 2 inches wide X 2 3/4 inches long. That's seems abnormally huge. I went to take the pictures and as I figured they seem so big My face alone seems like the size of a passport photo They made a simple picture so difficult HELPPPPPP!!!

don't be confused , that's the pictures size they are requesting now , I got the same request of the same picture size , look for a photographer that deals with immigration and they'll know how to do it . the picture looks a bit big but that's what they want .

Thats the actual size of the picture, Me too I thought the same, but I already got my passport back, so dont worry and follow the instructions.

Hi TANMEX, I think your process and mine has a similar timing. How much time passed between you sent you police certificates and the embassy asked you for your passport? My wife sent her police certificates by May 20th and we didn't hear nothing since then. Thank you for the help!
