Ive been looking at the Mexico Spreadsheet and is between 7-21 days with an average of 15 days.
i read some where in the forum it takes 5 business days.... my boyfriend has to travel by July 15, 2016 so I hope we get it this week

I updated the spreadsheet with your PPR date. Did you send the passport yesterday or today? Please keep us posted on when MexicoCVO receives and sends back your passport.

Thank you so much CANzanillo. I sent my passport yesterday via UPS and its already in Mexico city! I'll keep you updated.

I check my application status this morning and my boyfriend's address has been updated to my address in Canada, I hope this is good news and we get the passport soon !!!

Hi! Im new here (I cant update my profile because I must have 10 posts)
well, 3 quickly questions!!
1.How fast is Mexico office?
2. When they will return your passport, they give you a specific date to be in canada (landed)? or a specific time to arrive.
(example: "You have to Land on 15 June? OR You have seven days to Land (max 15 june)
3. That happens when you landed??

hello CanaHn they said the visa will expire on July 15, 2016 and my boyfriend has to travel by that day.
that is the day the medical expire.

no idea how long it will take for the passport ... as per the mexico spreadsheet it takes about 15 days sometime more

Mine took almost 4 weeks to be returned, but it was delayed because Dhl wouldn't allow a prepaid waybill!

that is a long time, we used DHL we paid the prepaid way bill.

did you status change on the cic page to decision made once they send the passport or after?

this wait is so stressful .... they updated my boyfriend address on the CIC page a couple of days ago.... but no movement since

Oh! Thank you! Im applicant "January 2016". My third Line ECAS PR "May 10" ... my timeline for my country is 16 month.

We almost have the same timeline, I doubt we will have our spouse landed here by August. My AOR 2 came in April 29, I expect landing to take place at best in October, but we never know !

Eventually th embassy called for pick up. The address was updated and turned to decision made, after we got the passport back
