Hi guys..hope everything is doing good for u all..i will be landing on friday but I wanted to ask you guys once again besides b4 form another thibg I should take in considaration, I will really appreciate, also my hubby is so sweet hes comming to pick me up cus i have like 5 suitcases and also he wants to see my family hehehe so thats good that way saying bye to my parents wont be that horrible, ok guys very happy to see that canzanillo already booked hope tinyaries nreilly and if i miss someonw forgive me, hope u figure it out about the passport thing and also the others that are waiting for ppr hear smt this week, anyway good luck guys! I've been a little bit disconnected because I am in Venezuela visiting my husband, voting and visiting my family. No news here yet, getting a little bit desperate, we want to make plans, but at the same time we can't. Can't wait to receive something from Mexico, but anyway, I was thinking on applying for a TRV... we don't want to be apart again so soon, and I really want my husband to help me settle in a new place I rented... What do you guys think? Should we wait? Hopefully next week is our week, that would be the best Christmas present we could get, after elections results in Venezuela ... Saludos to all

We will have a busy week this week as we make final preparations to leave Mexico this Sunday. We have been working on our individual B4/B4A lists, goods accompanying us and goods to follow when we come back for our car and other items in the spring. There is no time limit on "goods to follow" just make sure that everything you want to take to Canada now or eventually, is on the list when you land!

Let's hope it is a productive week in the VO, passports get delivered, and many people here will receive advancement in the application processing.

Is there a way to call Mexico immigration because DHL can't pick up our package as immigration won't release it to them. I have emailed them and haven't heard a thing. This is so stupid!! I'm so frustrated I want to cry!!

Relax dear, there is always a way.. When I was in the same situation, I called the Mexico VO office but the calls go to the embassy instead.. So call them at this number +(55) 5724.7900, and see what they say.. In my case somebody picked up the call and told me to email CIC putting URGENT!! URGENT!! as subject!!

Hopefully you will get a better outcome..
CIC will get back to you in few days..I hope the will get back to you right away..

Sorry, I wish I could give you a better advice..

I will pray for you to get the passport back soon!

Let's stay positive, we are almost done, in few days we will be happy, laughing about all the final mess!

I just received my GMCS notes..

We applied by the end of March and as per the notes, in October they gave us green light.. the immigration officer comment says: "Ample and varied proof of relationship submitted, PA and SPR look natural and well suited in photos. I am satisfied this is a genuine relationship"

I am happy we got all our million pictures back, were not expecting that.. ;D
