no? I read Mexico doesn't had a national identity number that can be considered like the official one, you can skip that question, so I put no. Because of the expiration issue.
I could re-sent the form to hubby, adding this info, but it's pretty confusing.
I just tought well I have no dependants and I have no representative, I read somewhere it says you shoul add this form IMM5476 if it applies to you or something, but right now I don't remember where.
