I just read how they do addresses in CR, lol. that kind of made me chuckle.
Interesting choice. I guess if they are small cities with places that have been there forever it would be easy to remember for the locals since nothing changes.
Learn something knew everyday :p

Yeah when i came there an had to put my husbands "address" in the application i was like Cic is not gonna believe this lol. for the locals its fine but for non locals its very hard because theyre not familiar with local "landmarks". Thats why Dhl stopped doing deliveries. When you are expecting something you have to go pick it up in the capital city and the prepaid airway bill can be only paid for in the capital. So my husband has to go on a 6 hr bus ride back and forth to get a prepaid airway bill its crazY

woah!! that sounds like such a pain! but I mean I don't blame DHL. its probably frustrating to try and deliver things to approximate addresses lol.
I cant wait to go visit there now and see if I can find my way around lol. sounds like an adventure :p

don't mean to be harsh but this thread is about Mexico, not Costa Rica. I think it would be better if you guys made a Cosa Rica thread :)
Costacro already did that.. But so far is only two of us.. Costaricans don't generally fancy colder climates and (I guess) very few would consider Canada as their "dream destination" ..

I ddnt see a problem of talking about costa ria in this thread since were all going through the mexico visa office. When i was down there i loved the weather but wasnt too fond of the dark at 6 pm :s.
i guess we werent that lucky with my husband finding a good job down there so the option of living there wasnt for us. But in canada there is alot more opportunity so id change the climate for a better life. Cause we can always go on vacations. :)

LOL!! There is only one family that sells really good mangos in the city where we live and they happen to be Mexican. But they nearly cost you an arm and a leg lol
