Does anyone know the number for the SSP place?
we tried the one on the website 55-1103-6000 and nobody is picking up.
Is there a direct number for the address in Calzada de Tlalpan No. 2962, Colonia Espartaco, Delegación Coyoacán??

I dont think they give any information on the phone, when they made me wait the 10 days for the letter they gave me a flyer that said what to do and it specifically said in bold letter Do not call, no information given by phone.

Are you referring to the PGR one or the SSR? i thought the SSR was just a walk in the office and walk out with the paper type of police check in Mexico City?
I really hope so. We just wanted to confirm if they were open on Nov.19th as I hear it's a holiday so we need to get their hours on Monday or Tuesday before buying a ticket! If anyone knows pls let us know

I was talking about the SSP, i don´t know the reason but I´m guessing it is because there was someone else with my name, also born in my hometown on the same year, that they had to do a more intensive research, and I think a few people here had the same experience.

I´m guessing they will be closed on Monday the 19th for the Revolution "puente"

Ah okay thanks so much for the insight. Really hope nobody has my spouses last name. I'm afraid a 10 day Mexico City vacation is not possible in our near future lol. We live in Puerto Vallarta

Best news ever!! I got teary when I read it on facebook. I remember that feeling of getting those papers back for Ricardo's 3rd visitor visa application. I was on cloud 9. I can only imagine what the permanent residency visa is going to feel like! 100000 X better!

Oh thank goodness you had someone there to do it on your behalf that's awesome! It seems really silly that they can't be done locally... or the fact that we had to get 3 different ones, although the state is no longer needed.
