Hi everyone! We are now safely back in Canada!
Immigration was easy and was pretty quick, took only about 15 minutes (but there were no line ups)
The first immigration guy (at the normal booths) was really nice he said his wife is from Mexico, ;D So he was really friendly with us! Then he sent us to another office for my hubby´s landing. They gave us some info about health care and all that and then there was a short interview with another immigration lady who was kind of rude...but that´s ok
My husband doesn´t really speak english that well and she was talking really fast and she wouldn´t let me translate for him! But she had a paper with all of the questions in Spanish so he just read off that. Then she got him to confirm the info and sign the COPR and that was all!
At the customs they didn´t even ask for or look at the B4 forms, just the customs card they get you to fill out on the plane.
Also in case anyone is interested she said if you need to travel before you get your PR card, you have to register with the Canadian government before you leave and they put a new visa in your passport (that looks just like the tourist one or the one they put in when you get the PPR), but instead of saying immigrant or visitor or whatever, it says permanent resident. So that´s what you would use to travel until you get the PR card.
