sure we just typed up a formal letter
like the following, got my spouse to sign it and than I scanned it and I think I emailed it to them, or faxed it, I cant remember,
but if u go to the refugee office where u had ur hearing and everything at or get there info online and u can either mail the request to them or email or fax it.
that's all we did.
and than I called 1 week later to make sure they received it and it took about 3-4 weeks from when I sent it to when I got it back in the mail.
