No he isn't entitled to enter just because he is a Canadian citizen. Getting a Canadian passport doesn't get rid of the ten year ban. He is still the same person. And as I mentioned there is the nasty lifetime ban. He isn't in the system in a bad way but you can't live in the US illegally from age 9-32 without there being a record of you.NAFTA.couple said:I believe so. I wouldn't risk it either if some other process was under way, such as trying to get him a green card but other than that ... what's the worse that can happen?
Also, speaking of red flags, why would one come up? If he never got in any trouble, and given the years that will have passed by then, is it a justified fear that the system would have a cow?
