Mine took about 3.5 weeks to be transferred after MP. Then I got AOR2, 2 weeks after.

I am new on this forum. I am sponsoring my husband who is Panamanian. Our file is at he visa office of Mexico and they have started processing it on February 12 2019. My husband received a letter on March 1st 2019 asking for documents within a 30 days delay. On the AOR from Mexico and the letter listing what is required there are two different addresses and we do not know to which address to send everything. The addresses are: Miguel de Cervantes Saavedra 193, Colonia Granada, Del. Miguel Hidalgo, 11520, México, D.F, Mexico AND Schiller 529, Col. Bosque de Chapultepec (Polanco), Del. Miguel Hidalgo, 11580, Mexico City, D.F., Mexico.

On the AOR it says please send any document to (first address + there is an email address) and on the first page of the list of what we have to send the same address is written at the bottom but at the end of the list (at the back) the second address is written. Does anybody know where we have to send everything (we have many documents)?

my files were transferred in November 2018 and then medical request in January 2019. So have no idea what order or time line they are going in.

yes this happened to us as well we received the same letter 2 days apart. One said submit on line an one said to mail to an address. I even called IRCC to question it as I thought it was fraudulent. I have not heard anything else since then about the information sent. however we sent the information requested to Miguel de Cervantes Saavedra 193, Colonia Granada, Del. Miguel Hidalgo. Maybe if you register on the online using GC key you can submit on line. not sure

Mine took 4 weeks after to receive the letter that it was sent to Mexico after medicals. Feb 27 it was sent and I still don’t have confirmation that they started processing in Mexico .

You may want to talk to an agent at the Call Center 1 888 242 2100 on business hours (if you are in canada).

Hopefully someone resding this forum had the same problem and can help you more.

The medical was done in July and they transferred to Mexico VO in October. Around 3 months later
