Hello,

My husband is going for his medical exam in mexico city in a couple weeks
There is a form appendix format C
from mei-mexico. com

My question is...when it asks which Visa office will be processing the file...do I put mexico city or the one in canada? (i am in Toronto area)

Is it mexico city that processes the sponsorship application?

I'm not sure what form you are referring to but yes, you need to put Mexico City since that is your VO.
