Hi,

Though I don't have an engineering background but I would still like to say something.

A management degree would majorly impart you the specialized management knowledge of the engineering line of business and industrial engineering would give you a specialization in a field of engineering.

If I were at your place, I would consider a very simple question - What do I want out of education and not what job market requires ?

Though as idiotic the question may sound to you, I am sure you don't wanna be the "right" guy doing the "wrong" job !!!
