Special fee program is for the MEM program. Even if you are domestic or international student, the special fees apply to you.

I am filling the study permit visa application forms. I freeze at one place .. They are requiring Designated Learning Institution (DLI) number. Could u please tell me the number of our Memorial University of Newfoundland (St. jhon's campus)?
CIC have not updated DLI number of MUN yet on their website?
what should I do ? Can any one suggest me ..

DLI number requirement is added in the updated application .. after 15th June u have to fill updated application forms .. you can find this in the application form package in CIC website. .

I have emailed university twice but there is no response. I am confuse because i am going to apply for VISA with up-front medical on Monday or Tuesday most probably . . sat and sun holidays in the university is also threatening . . Time is short

I have confirmed about DLI number from my university. They said that we have been not allotted DLI number. . I believe I should write "Not Applicable" in this field .. What u say?

after 1 june, it is not allowed to apply visa for studying in uni without DLI

Thanks brother for saving my life I was trying to go with old application form.

You are right now they require DLI # but I have checked CIC website & they don’t have any DLI # for memorial in their list. This means mun doesn’t have a DLI no, what we are suppose to do now, don’t you think leaving plain blank will make an adverse affect our application.

And guide me about one more thing the cost for ROOM & BOARD needs to be mentioned for just one year or it should include total number of years of expected stay? I have already paid my full tuition fee
