Subject to prevail present law. Keep eye on new citizenship law bill C-24. Oct might fall under the new rule..sept15 said:We all wish that was the case but NO. great quesiton of this forumchibiks said:But I want to apply now (since processing time says 24 months)... and hope they dont get to the application by October by which time I would have met residence requirements...
Will this approach work?
Yes you can apply now then once everything is set, put that package under the pillow. Sometime in October send it using the most fastest courier e.g xpresspost/fedex/Purolator etc, they will have it hopefully the same month of October as per your wish. Hope that helps.chibiks said:But I want to apply now (since processing time says 24 months)... and hope they dont get to the application by October by which time I would have met residence requirements...
