Meds expired, no retake request

Hi,
25th August AOR here, still waiting for my application to be finalized. My medicals expired on July 20th, but I receieved no request to retake or any communication from IRCC. Medical status is still showing as "You passed the medical exam."

My question is, how long does it usually take them to request a retake? Because it is usually sent before your meds expire. Anyone has any idea what this signifies? (If the application is almost finalized, there's no need for medical, or the opposite, it's not close to PPR so they don't need medicals just yet). Note that I am in SS since September 22nd 2017.

1)If you get RPRF request then your application is through and finalized.
2)IRCC will request for medical sending IME form all the members to retake the medical
3)The panel Dr will upload the data in 5 working days ( my experience )
4)Then, PPR request
5)Visa stamping according new medical expiry date

till you get , RPRF request you wait patiently .. if you paid RPRF in advance then before PPR they will initiate medical request via ur EE profile application.

I didnt get a retake request. Found out from gcms notes they got extended for a year. They didnt notify me

RPRF paid in advance, but I also don't think it's a factor. Guess we'll have to wait for a retake request (and hopefully PPR). Cheers.

Please note that , when i got my RPRF request , the PDF documents says that which recd from IRCC ur application is in the process of approval ...

Maybe in your case but not a general rule

Do you know what the underlying reason was behind the gap between when you had received the rrpf request and the date the ppr was issued ?

They just ignored my file for 9 months

don't fight with each other just answer the correct way, my medical going expire in december 2018 what should i do now ? pls help me if i do 2nd medical test after how long will i get my ppr ?? or if i didn't get medical request than what i do on that time ??

Either IRCC will extend your medical or request a new one. You need to just wait.
