I am planning to go back to india.. i havw2 quiries..
1) how do we send the passport to london... if i authorise somebody do they have to submit to vo and collect it..
2)if they call me for interview which category of visa is applicable for me general or business visa..
3)what happend if i wont gwt the visa....
any suggestions appreciated

I have just a small question regarding re-medicals. If ones medical has expired and received a new instruction to re-do the medical examination, does he has to do all the test including the X-Ray?

yes amer, he has to go to the full cycle of the examination..good luck

Now 2 months already left for my medical test. Can I ask CIC London to tell me the status or it will cause delay for processing of my application. They are telling repeated questions will delay processing the application ??

Yes ask them, no prob, but prepare ur self for another medicals. Ask them if to send new photos for you and family to get the medicals asap.

He had done Medical 2 month back not 2 month left for his medical, may be typo problem,. So it is too early to ask something from CHC. Better to wait some time and do hope to get something in November.

Hi,

1) Passport for visa stamping is express mailed by DHL/FEDEX.. from UAE and it is mailed back to you by LON VO via courier (LON- ABU DHABI-DUBAI) London to Abu Dhabi VO - via Aramex to your mailing address; however if you are in India you are not allowed to use a courier service and mail passports out of the country. It is illegal and Customs authority will retain your passport. Yes, you can authorise someone in UK to personally submit your passport for stamping which usually is ready with 7-14 days for collection.
2) For applicants from UAE the interview is conducted in Dubai or Abu Dhabi and not in London.
