CHC London is very temperamental, it can be one year after your docs submission or it can be couple of months before you get your medicals. I know it's easy to say but hard to do........ Patience. There are quite alot applicants waiting for Medicals and PPR. Hoping and praying that everyone gets the quick response.

its almost 5 mos. for me after medical and still no news i think they will only issue ppr on january...can't wait!

Guys, I received my medical test request on 4th Nov 2010 and got them done next day which is 5th Nov. DMP was saying that she'll post the medicals to CHC London by Wednes/Thursday. Now the actual wait begins.

Dear Sir/Madam,

Thank you for your message. We currently do not require any further action from your client. We appreciate that your client wish to arrive in Canada as soon as possible, however at this moment we do not anticipate requesting your passports for visa issuance before December 2010/January 2011.

This means u may not get PPR before Dec 2010 / Jan 2011. Patience is advised

Did you travel to USA and let the CHC know of your travel after your first FBI check has been submitted to them?

Did they ask you to resubmit any other police clearance certificate for the second time as well?

I know no one can answer this with certainty, but those of us who got e-mails saying they anticipate sending passport requests in Dec/Jan; does this mean its done and approved and only a matter of 2 more months? any views would be appreciated.

This is a quick generic reply which London CHC is sending everybody whoever asked for the status after the medical. I received the same. I think they are just replying quickly without checking the actual case and they will start sending PPR by Dec/Jan case by case.
