I all ready submited PPR and medical
I also send 2 time enquery e.mail to london CHC
but thay give same anser : your file in process, under review
allmost 2 month pass for the review
i m really upset for that
god help me

I all ready submited PPR and medical I thought you mentioned earlier that you are waiting for PPR and your UK visa is about to expire? Have you gotten PPR and sent you PP to London CHC?

yess, our timelines r same (exactly same !!!!!!)

yes, i made just one enquiry so far 3 months ago & they replied to me that they r doing BG check....after that i haven't contacted them....i guess still they r doing it on my file.......

i saw ur msg & i think u r a bit luckier than me as u (at least) know that in January, 2011, u will get it.....in my case i don't know anything!!

Lately have you made any enquiry with CHC regarding your PPR? Just checking as our time lines are the same...... I sent them an email in earlier to which they have replied stating that I have to wait till early Jan for the PPR.

first of all, sorry to see that u had to go thorugh this hassle at the last stage of the PR process (i wish u could get the visa b4 u leave for India)

but, no worries......u r safe & ok....and most of all.....u don't have many options to choose from....so, do not be tensed.......these r few things that might happen:

1. u have to go to India: so tell London CHC ur Indian address so that they can update. but tell them u prefer (actually make it sopund like an ORDER to them but be polite) them to contact u by e-mail for any matter.....this way changing address won't affect anythin.....as now a days thay can even send the PPR by e-mail

2. if u r in India, which CHC can stamp visa?: i think this is not up to u.......u can request London CHC to transfer ur file to Delhi to finalise the case (which i think will be a blessing if they really let u go as u & most of us know that Lonodn CHC sucks).......then it's up to London CHC to decide whther they will let u go or will finalise the case themselves......nothing u can do......just send the request to transfer ur file & see what London says

3. If London doesn't transfer ur file to Delhi: u r unlucky but at least u can get consolation that u didn't decide to keep ur file with London, they forced u to keep it here.....just pray to Almighty that they finalise ur visa asap.....if u have to send ur PP from India, not an issue.....many members in this forum has done it...just browse few threads here & u will see that many members have send the PP from India to London for visa stamping & that was not a mountaneous task....

4. If London transfers ur file to Delhi: u r lucky....by looking at most Delhi timelines u will get visa within few weeks

Now, I need your suggestion and golden advice.
As per my case, today, all most 3 months and 15 day pass after medical submitted to London CHC.
I am still waiting for them reply and passport request.
As you know, I also run out my UK visa end of this month
Now, I have very short time in UK
If they not send me passport requirement what should I need to do? (Still ECAS showing IN PROGESS)
Or in this 5-7 days if they send me passport request,
It be possible, I do stamping in India? (London to India, my file process in London)

yes, i passed my ACCA but didn't apply for membership yet (just trying to avoid the extra fee for membership as long as i can )


i have the same plan like u....to get CGA asap.

which province u have in mind?
r u currently in PK?
have u doen the Oxford Brookes or any Hons to get the CGA membership? as i have not done these yet so i am in a bit of rush to complete the Oxford Brookes and will send my project in November alrady and hoping & praying that i will pass it (the result will be in March, 2011).............my medical expires in April, 2011 but no PPR in the horizon..............don't know how i will manage everything..............feeling so nervous and so frustrated

i am currently in UK working as an accountant but always thinking about Canada

My province is Antario, Toronto. I am currently in UK. Working in an accountancy firm and also doing MSc in International Accounting.
Yes I did BSc Oxf Brookes. Long time ago though in 2005.
You don't need to worry. If you consider my time line you should be looking forward to recieve your PPR by end of this month or begining of next month.

I e mailed cic london couple of weeks ago and asked about the ppr they e mailed me back very next day informing me that they sent me my PPR in begining of september. Because of my spam setting I did not recieve the e mail. So you must look at your junk box settings.

I would advise you to send an e mail to cic london and enquire about the status of your case.
