Hi Saleem,

How did you know about DHL agreeing to take passports from India to UK? If you have spoken to a specific DHL agent could you please share his or her details with me. A friend of mine is worried about mailing his passport from Hyderabad, India.

Thanks.......

Hello Guys,

I am in Scandinavia and I was thinking to Apply as Skilled worker, but as I see all these people waiting from London (as my visa office will be London too)

is it good idea to go to India and file from India? as it takes only 180 days or so, as one of my friend got SW PR with in 6 months from India?

or should I take chances with London office?

Thanks in Advance.

hi sangeeta,
Which country you are in now? I have studies in sweden in the year of 2006 Anyways if you have not yet filed your application then i will suggest to apply to ND CHC they are fast than London CHC. I think you don't to go india to apply from there you just mention your visa office as New delhi thats all. I am also new to this forum so please take suggestions from other members as well.

hi money,

I am also from hyderabad as well yeah i went personally to one of the branch in abids and they told they will accept the PP if we have got vaild letter from embassy. My PPC from london has been expired i think it has been more than 6 months for PPC so the VO has sent me an e-mail asking for new PCC from london which i applied and got it as well and i have got a new passport because my old one was expired so i am sending new passport notarize xerox copy with the new PCC.

I think the only option is e-mail we can't contact them through phone as far as i know. Till date I haven't contacted them either by e-mail or by any other means money. when did you submitted your PPC if it has been more than 6months then i suggest to take a new one from london they may ask you as they did in my case.

Hello saleem785javed,

I am in Finland right now on student visa, My husband studies MD in Russia and he still have 2 more years to Finish his MD, and I have 2 year old son who lives with my parents in India.
so me and my husband are separated for 1 year and from last 6 months I have not seen my son also.

So we are thinking of filing under skilled worker, so either way if I file as London CHC or ND CHC, what will happen about my Husband? as my dependent will he has to come for interview in London or New Delhi as well? or ONLY I will have to appear for interview.

I am asking this because, this way I can decide to choose London or ND as CHC.

I can not live with my husband as he is not earning enough money to support me there and my husband can not get admission in Finland in Medical College. so we are kind of separated and we would really like to be together as we are married for 3 years but we lives together only for 1 year.

Thanks if you can reply to me with the solution or best possible thing to do in my condition.

hi sangeeta

I am not gud at giving you a suggestion as i am also new to this thread any ways i tell you what i know see are you working in finland now and check the official website of canada to check whether your profession is on the high demand list or not and i heard that the rules have been changed again and there is an annual cap for intake of application for immigration as well.

we can't say now that you will definitely will get a call for interview either it is in london or in india. If you are primary applicant then i think you have to attend for interview only. After filling your application depending on your exp and study back ground if the case officer think that he has to speak to you in person then only he will call for an interview if you prepare your file well and clear then he wont call for interview he will proceed for next stage of application. You ask your friend as well who got PR and take her suggestions and keep checking this forum. There are few seniors who knows more information regarding the rules or filling the application form or any other thing so plz contact them if you need any help.
plz check this link

All the best don't worry its just matter of time you all will be together.
