its really unfortunate tht ur case is getting delayed. but for sure there is some small issue - so i suggest you to apply CAIPS and u will come to know where is the issue. in the meantime u can send CHC mail to check why this delay.
Lastly, i am sure thy will ask u to do the Meds again with updated PCC and fill family update forms.

I send the enquiry to CIC London for an update about my file back in Feb 11 until now there is no reply from them. ( My medical is expired 4months ago now ) How long I have to wait until I send another request? could anyone share experience pls?

now if ur outside of UAE it takes upto 6 weeks to get ur PP back. as its routed through CHC AD.

buddy, as our friends said b4- except for USA u need NOT apply for Transit visa for UK/Germany, if ur in the transit passenger Zone.

my small suggesion rgd transit flight = if ur taking transit in UK fly in BA only coz if other airlines its little difficult to transit with kids between terminals . If the transit is in Germany also fine. But its better dont take transit flights via US - as u require visa.

Dear All,
I got the PPR and send my passports to the London Office. Allah SWT has blessed with me with this oppurtunity. Now my only concern s my medical will expire in last week of May, and I sent the passports on 15th of March.
Q-1 : How much time do u think CIC london will take to return the passport back as I have to apply for the Transit visa to the UK as well?Q-2 : Do you think the back ground Check and all other terrible time consuming security checks are Over or they are still ON?
Q-3 : I will be Travelling with 3 Kids what are the best options for me to Get the Connecting flight without the formalities of getting Transit visa From Qatar. FYI: I checked with the embassy of UK, Germany and USA they all want me to apply for the Transit Visa even if the connection of the flight is less then 12 Hrs. Please Advice????
Last but not the least, many many Mabrooooooooks to all who got the Visa and the PPRs. especially shibuya and shibleebd
question -1 matters alot to me please do reply...

Thank you for your e-mail. Please be advised that your file is currently awaiting review by an immigration officer. As soon as there is any further action required on your behalf we will be sure to contact you.

This is the most common reply we all have recvd while waiting for our PPR.
Dont worry ur PPR is probably few days or weeks away.

I'd like to think that the security/background checks on your file are over now. Your file is possibly waiting to be finally reviewed by an immigration officer who will arrive at a final decision and pass your file on to next section (so you can be issued your visas ).
