Medicals passed. No biometrics provided due to closure of vac's

So what will be the effect of VFS being closed when the process is continuing normally with medical and other updates?
Do we not get PPR until Biometrics are provided?

Considering the current situation in India, the condition could remain same for 2-3 months. And it will be late for 2021 intake.

hopefully, things get back to normal by july. but it is still not sure whether the second wave is at peak yet. we might know it by another week. they predicted that the cases would fall down as fast as it peaked, I hope that is true.
