hey i had my medicals done around 2 nd may! And filed my visa on 3 rd may! On 3 rd june I received a msg from ircc in cic account to get my medicals done. I raised a web form and attached my proof of medics on june 5th . On july 3 rd the status was changed to we didnot receive your medicals result please refer the message below! What should i do now?? I contacted cmm and they told we had it uploaded on may 8th itself! Please help me!

Similar problem. I finished upfront medical exam in May but when applying for my student visa on June 9, they did not ask me to upload anything regarding the upfront medical exam.
Yesterday, received a message to get a medical exam. I contacted my medical centre today and they said they are receiving similar queries recently. They said they have written to the Embassy to link the upfront medical results to my application.
I wasn't sure how it would get linked so I asked more and they said:
"We only intimate regarding the Embassy that medical records are to be traced under the UMI no."

Raise a web form ! Explain your situation and include proof of your medics they will reply within 10 business days
Oh, so they told you the same thing and they still haven't received your medical results? Sorry to hear that.
My application got updated! Says I passed the medical exam now. Hopefully, you get good news too
