Has anyone else gotten out of Heathrow (layover) with their PR card?

This: https://www.gov.uk/guidance/immigration-rules/immigration-rules-appendix-visitor-transit-without-visa-scheme I just headed to the the section for non-British passport holders for immigration. You can't go to the exit without passing through there

Has anyone else gotten out of Heathrow (layover) with their PR card?

Np! Are you gonna use the program? I'd recommend taking a copy of the UK gov guidelines on the TWOV just in case your border force officer is unaware of the program. While I had no problem the first time, the second time using it while coming back to Canada, my border force officer was grumpy...

    eCoPR Incorrect Original Entry Date

I don't think I received an email. Not sure on that, but after 6 months, I did get a letter stating that the request to amend my document was approved.

Heathrow airport - Long transit? Staying in hotels

Nope, but I was able to get out because I fulfilled the requirements of the TWOV program - main thing being I had a visa/PR for Australia/Canada/New Zealand/USA https://www.gov.uk/guidance/immigration-rules/immigration-rules-appendix-visitor-transit-without-visa-scheme

Has anyone else gotten out of Heathrow (layover) with their PR card?

For anyone else wondering, I was able to get out of Heathrow without a visa. I didn't even say anything. Just went to the officer, showed my passport and PR card, she asked a few questions like where I work, how I got my PR, what I plan on doing and when my departing flight was. She did seem a...

Has anyone else gotten out of Heathrow (layover) with their PR card?

I understand but why does the questionnaire ask if I'm passing border control when I select transit and mentions leaving the airport? Granted if I select yes, it says I need a visitor in transit visa, but it also says I'm exempt since I'm traveling from Canada, hold a PR and arrive and will...

How to keep track of freelance work (during part time hours as international student)

Np! I saved these tweets to be safe. As per these tweets, the 20 hours doesn't even apply if it's not Canadian-based.

How to keep track of freelance work (during part time hours as international student)

Why should it matter? I don't think it matters how much you make as long as you are reporting it. The more you make, the better for the Canadian economy. Just know this: Freelancing as an intl student is fine regardless of the pay, regardless of where the client is based for 20 hours per week...

How to keep track of freelance work (during part time hours as international student)

I just noted down in an excel sheet how much I worked per week. Yes, if it goes to your Canadian bank account, you report it as business income.

How to keep track of freelance work (during part time hours as international student)

You can work more than 20 hours. https://www.cicnews.com/2022/11/starting-today-international-students-can-temporarily-work-more-than-20-hours-per-week-1131897.html#gs.udd35s Even if you could only work 20 hours, it doesn't matter if it's not a Canadian client. My work was with non-Canadian...

How to keep track of freelance work (during part time hours as international student)

I used an excel sheet but that was just as a safety precaution. Nobody ended up checking or inquiring. You are fine to work regardless of the pay rate, it's just the hours that matter. Check the updated rules, I believe intl students can work more than 20 hours temporarily.

Exiting the airport. I am stopping over in London for 15 hours and leaving on the same day to India (I'm Indian). I have a PR. On here (https://www.gov.uk/check-uk-visa/y/india/transit/somewhere_else/yes), I selected I would be passing through border control (You always pass through border...
