Hi,

I and my husband [First applicant] had applied for canadian PR in Mar 2010. Received a mail on 12-Jun-2013 from Canadian Immigration to get the Medicals done and submit our passport before 45 days.

My husband is travelling to US on 19-Jul-2013 and will be back on 12-Aug-2013, due to which he would not be able to submit his passport before the deadline. We have mailed the Canadian Immigration of the same with his travelling details attached. Haven't heard back from them yet.

Kindly confirm if it is alright to submit the documents and our passports after he is back in India?

No, it is not alright to submit the documents and our passports after your husband is back in India. What makes you think it would be? Do the guidelines stated in the PPR email/letter not apply to you and your family?

Hi,

Thank you for responding. We have all the documents ready. My passport and My daughter's passport are ready to be sent. Because my husband is travelling he will be not be able to submit his passport

Should we submit the documents, my passport and my daughters passport now? Can my husband submit his passport alone after he comes back as he has already informed the canadian immigration about his travelling dates with the proof?

Please advice?

Thanks!
