Medicals are near!!!!

Hi Seniors,

I would be going for Medicals on this weekend.

May God help me and my family for the same and we get success in the same.

I wanted to confirm few things below:

1. Draft would be in the name of "Canadian High Commission".
2. RPRF Fess for two persons would be Rs 21,440x2= 42,880/-
3. For my 2 yr old son there will be no fees.
4. If I am going for Medicals on this Saturday can I send other required details on Wedneday as by Monday few things would not be ready.
5. For POF I would be taking Bank Statement with current value as recently deposited money in my account.
6. Would be attaching Medical Receipts.
7. And whiel going for Medicals apart from Forms Recvd (unfilled), Passport Photo copy and Photos, is there anything else which requires.

You should send passport & RPRF Fess together.Hospital will give you the courier tracking number.They will be sending medical after 3 to 4 days.Its better you send passport after medical are sent.

I also wanted to know one thing. In my Husbands PCC Certifiate it does not say DOB and Passport#. It only says name and my Residential Address but my Correspondance address is diff.
But in Forms which I have alraedy sent; my Residential and Corr Address is same. And now as I have shifted to a new location and I am not interested in changing my address which I have alraedy shown earlier.

Will it affects.

I think it is better to pay cash.

Correct. Take original passport as well. They will need it for verification.
