I think its just computer generated letter and in that letter they put in what they need. Meaning its like form letter. So they requested you have your medical done and send in RPRF and NBI. If thats all they requested thats all you send. They referr you to the website if you need forms for other documents they requested that require and IMM form. I think that is on every letter you get from CIC when they require documents. If I am not mistake is was on ours too when we needed to send in additional documents, but our documents that they requested didnt need IMM form. THey requested us to send in divorce judgement and that statement you mentioned on your letter I believe was on ours also. Its been longggg time ago so memory not that good. You have 60 days from the date on the letter to send it all in. I hope I didnt confuse you.

I didn't mean to scare anyone about the STD question! That's just what the lab tech person told me.. I didn't see anything in any paperwork that referred to being rejected for having and STD. She may have done nothing more than an AIDS test and just didn't bother to specify!
