Medical Test !!!

Hi,

I have booked an appointment for medical test for CIC. But the hospital informed me that they will submit the report directly to CIC instead of giving it tome. I only get a acknowledgement receipt in return.

Is this how they do ? Or what i should i get in return ?

What information am i supposed to provide while submitting the documents ? Please help !!!

Yes, you just keep the acknowledge receipt to upload it with other docs.

Regarding the medical test, I have received the hospital bill payment receipts and a invoice with my name, amount paid for the physical exam and the panel physician's stamp(no signature). Is this the acknowledgement to be uploaded? along with the receipts?

Nope, it's a 1 pager with just the details of the tests conducted and called 'eMedicals'.

I received no such document called eMedicals.

contact the hospital and ask for it, it's one paper with your basic information on it (not the test results) that you will upload in your medicals upload slot
