medical Survillance

I got my PR visa today along with medical survillance form asking to report to medical authorities in canada withing 30days after landing. What does this mean? Can they still send me back and cancel my visa?

They won't send you back. They just want you to be monitored by doctors in Canada. Spouses can be admitted with diseases that would mean other types of applicants would be rejected - for example, TB - but CIC then wants you to be treated or monitored to make sure you are not a health threat.
