I got my PR visa today along with medical survillance form asking to report to medical authorities in canada withing 30days after landing. What does this mean? Can they still send me back and cancel my visa? Plz help

Hi, I applied for PR VISA to Canada....I was suggested to get lordotic view of chest done and a scar was found in the lungs.... I was further suggested to get Pulmonology consult done and under which I got mantoux test and CT Scan done.... Skin test came out positive but I dont have any...

I got a letter to go for a sputum test but the problem is that i dont cough so whr ll the sputum cme from....I tried my level best to give the sample but am not able to produce the required amount and so everytime it is rejected......Can anyone suggest wat to do?
