Medical surveillance- how much to pay

i received a medical surveillance undertaking along with my PR and it’s said i have to report within 30 days. Can someone let me know how much will the process cost. And is private health insurance required for the same?

Shouldn't cost anything. If you need medication that is different.

You should have been provided a number to call. Public health just wants to keep track of you. Sorry can't provide more help than that.

Sir even I received the same letter, but I don't know what to do. But as per the immigration medicals,my medical reports all are normal.but don't know why I got this letter.
I am a student here.
I live in Montreal.
So I request you to please assist me with this.
Even I don't have medical insurance also
So I don't understand what step I have to take.
Please help me with this.

Hi! I don’t know about the formalities for student but i was asked to call the peel region of my province and they told me that i have time of 3 month to do the process. But you have to call the peel region of the province within 1 month of landing. They will further explain about how to carry out the process and which test to carry out.
