Medical status changed to 'don't need..' before expiring

the upfront medical was expired in March 2018. The status stayed 'You do not need a medical exam. We will send you a message if this changes.' all along. My medical was extended according to GCMS notes though not reflected on my cic profile.
I landed in Canada already a few weeks back.

oh so u mean the status never said: 'medical passed'?
 
He I applied for PR under EE on 28th Aug 2018. I did Upfront medical same day.

My quention is its almost 15days and medical is still not passed is it a issue?

Biometrics:- We do not need your fingerprints. We will send you a message if this changes.

Final Decision:- Your application is in progress We will send you a message once the final decision has been made.

Hello what happened with your medical and application. I also had a similar change. Our medical expired a week ago. W
They are waiting for security results as they told my MP. They told her they would extend medical if results came in soon. What do you think this status change means?

Hello o had the same when my first medical expired my application was under security screening and once they finalized SS I received a request to redo medicals which are now passed again

How did you know you were under security screening rather then a regular security? Was it reflected in your gcms notes? How long did it take

Yes I ordered cbsa notes and its taking average ten months unfortunately

I ordered the regular gcms notes but it did not mention SS....just regular security started . Would it be mentioned in the gcms notes

If regular security is mentioned than nothing to worry about in my opinion
