Actually there is confusion with RPRF. Its not clear from CIC's end. Last week i got RPRF+Meds+PP Copies request. Other 2 was clear - but RPRF
I did lot of research & here's what i have done:
Used my frenz CC to pay RPRF online
surprisingly they don't ask you UCI or app number.
Once paid online - received receipt in an email I mention while paying online.
I took print out of that receipt filled in my details like UCI, DOB, Name, Address | scanned | emailed it back to my VO
Infact i emailed it to all these email addresses i found during my research:
warsaw-im-enquiry @ international.gc.ca
CPC-CTD-Ottawa @ cic.gc.ca
CPPO-Cost-Recovery @ cic.gc.ca
CPCO-Cost-Recovery @ cic.gc.ca
Post online payment the only message about sending out the receipt from CIC was - please take 2 printouts of this receipt and send one to CIC.
Nowhere they say which CIC - where - email or courier - not even in the email - i read that RPRF request email 10-15 times, they r not clear.
and some members suggested me to also Courier out the PP Copies (though i already emailed), RPRF receipt & Meds confirmation....which i gonna do in couple of days - just to be sure -
Hope this helps....

Did you receive your Medical Request via e-mail. In the e-mail, there should be instructions on where to send all the documents to. Use the address listed in the e-mail to submit your RPRF. You can also pay RPRF via credit card.
I suggest you renew your passport before emedical. When you have your doctor's appointment for emedical, inform them the change in your passport and ask them to make note of it in your e-medical. Also, include a copy of your new passport information when you send all your other documents.
