Seniors need your advise.
I've marked 60 days after MR but PPR is still pending. All other documents has been sent and RPRF paid. My application was lodged with the SVO and based on declared ave processing time in the website (40 months) and actual experience, SVO is one of the slowest visa office in terms of processing. I applied there because I'm currently based in Singapore and thought it would be more convenient. But based on current pace, it seems my application will breach the one year mark before I get the visa. I intend to move to Canada within the year and Im trying to avoid moving during the fall or winter months. Now I'm thinking if transferring to MVO (declared average processing time is 14 months) which is my home country, will help shorten my application processing time. Any thoughts on this plan?
