This is normal. For some reason (probably because VOs are sadists >:( ) some people are asked to do their medicals before the security and background checks are done. GCMS notes cannot tell you anything about your background checks apart from are they completed or not.

Regards,

Thanks Rizmayo. Per your experience, what is an estimate of how early or how late could we expect to see the PPR before we begin to worry based on timeline provided below and status shown on ECAS...?

Application to Ottawa submitted in April of 2013
Medicals Done July 10th of 2013

Appreciate greatly any possible timeframe per current timelines of when we should expect PPR.

Is there any possibility that any bank loan taken in routine and being paid promptly like car loan - house loan or any personal loan affect the processing of the application for immigration at any stage?

No to the criteria you mentioned above. None of these impacts your immigration application.

However for POF it is required that the amount you show be yours and not taken as a loan.

OK good... Just be prepared that they will probably ask you for the bank statement soon, to confirm you still have the money in your account. Or they may not (if they assume you could not eat away 5 million in such short period of time 8) )

I got my medical on 17 Dec, 2013 then do CSE on 13 Jan 2014 for Passport and RPRF not recieved so NDVO send reply that send Passport and RPRF on 18 Jan 2014, (My agent send me today)

Question is why they not ask for new PCC ???

This is just they reply my CSE answer.

Should they ask for new PCC in feature ??

Any process delay sign ??

i dont think its too little.. the amount required as POF depends on the number of applicants.
i managed to get through with a much smaller amount than this...
Applied2009 neednt worry i guess.

new PCC they will ask only if one year is completed. I hope your PCC still valid. therefore don't worry, this is sign of early processing and not the delayed processing. wish u god luck
