'Medical results have been received' and Waiting for PPR

I am a pre June 2010 applicant .. have received MR for self and family members via email.
Also there is another email sent by an agent, asking for updated medical forms, re submission of form 5406, updated PCC, POF and RPRF together within 60 days of receipt of email.

- Is`nt that we are supposed to receive medical 1st and then it is followed by POF and RPRF..
- Why these two processes have started at the same time? or it is part of one process?
- I live and work in GCC. They have asked for PCC from GCC and Pakistan as well (Why Pakistan as I am in GCC for 3 years now) Should I submit only from GCC or both?
- These documents along with medical certificates are to be courier to their address of LVO?
- Whats next after submission of these docs with LVO? How long further waiting?

- Why these two processes have started at the same time? or it is part of one process? As stated above these are not sequential processes, hence can be asked together or one by one.
- I live and work in GCC. They have asked for PCC from GCC and Pakistan as well (Why Pakistan as I am in GCC for 3 years now) Should I submit only from GCC or both? You are correct on this. Usually if you have already submitted all the PCCs once, you are only requested for the PCC of the country you have resided in since the last submission. Maybe it is just a mistake. If getting a Pakistani PCC is a hassle for you, suggest sending a CSE to VO (or just reply back to the email you got) and tell them you have been living in the GCC for 3 years, do they still need the Pakistani PCC.
- These documents along with medical certificates are to be courier to their address of LVO? Medicals will be sent directly by the doctor, they will not even give you a copy. The rest of the documents you need to courier in one envelope.
- Whats next after submission of these docs with LVO? How long further waiting? There is no correct answer to this. VO used to be very systematic about sending requirement earlier, so it was easy to predict what stage your case is in. Now they just send requirements for documents whenever they want. However, from what I have noticed, people who are asked for RPRF and medicals together, usually get the PPR next (however this is just a best guess)

Finally got DM after a very lon..........................................g....................... waiting.

Unfortunately that is the law here. All dependents have to undergo a medical examination, even if they are not accompanying the Principal Applicant to Canada. If any of the dependents do not go through the medical exam, they can not be sponsored by the sponsor in the future.

Please do let me know how it turns out. And do share the contents of the GCMS notes once you get them, many members on this forum are experts in reading the notes.

Sure I will post GCMS notes ones I get. Meanwhile just wanted to update you back with few details. My dad had met the first lawyer he met in Canada who apply for the case at the first place. And he has mentioned just let it go everything without disturbing the process till my dad gets the PR card, sometimes they might inform the embassy here in Sri Lanka to process with the rest of family members visa's just after it. Lawyer has specifically told dad not to interrupt case now, because the case is under humanitarian & compassionate grounds.

And also I have noticed that on ecas, still there is one file number is "In Process" (the very first file number we got from here in Sri Lanka to fill the forms). The application number which we got with the medical request etc... and the status under my mom's UCI number has been taken out now.

Anyway we will look forward to it. once again thanks a lot for all the support and time.
