We are also considering to go to NDVO personally to collect the passport, as its seriously urgent, my hubby has to resume his ofc.

you can understand, how difficult it is for guys to be jobless.

so u got PPR2 just waiting 4 passports, and i m still waiting for ppr2, its vry long now many ppl recieve their ppr2 n vry lesst amount of time i don't understand y is the delay at this stage,,,,,,as its clearly mention in ppr1, that in 6 weeks v'll send u ppr2 but 6 months passed but no news ,,,,,,,i m getting tense now,,,

Hi,

I received my PPR 1 today via email! I've couple of questions which needs to be addressed urgently!

Q1) I'm working in Dubai rite now and my wife is in Khi. I updated CHC in June 2013 after sending medicals that I've moved to Dubai but they have sent me the instructions of PPR-1 for Islamabad! Now my question is that should I remind them that I've moved to Dubai and living here so they can send the other instruction letter?

Q2) My wife is in khi and she doesn't have residence of UAE so when PPR-2 arrives so should I call her here and apply to local Canadian Immigration Office or should I go bk to Pak and then send my passport to Islamabad?

same thing happen with our forum member itsbeenlongnow. write email to vo that u r in uae. VO will send u another email PPR Also bring pp of ur wife and u will send via aramex. no issue abt UAE residence visa of visa for ur wife.

hello all.
i got my passport request yesterday.i am in india now and my agency in sharjah.i checked with couriers ,they wont take passport.how do i send it?
i am really worried .pls help

but i haven't received PPR2 and its been 28 days since PPR1 was received...anything to be worried??????

Same thing happened with us as well.

My hubby took leave & we deposited all our documents as well as passports from India.

We cant submit pp from the Gulf.

Now he has gone jobless as the pp are yet awaited

for yu in UK no difference, but for Pakistan, there is difference.
as Pakistani can not send Passports to UK by Post, therefore PPR1 is isued fisrt time and then PPR2 is issued to send passports to Islamabad embassy.
but in UK u can directly go to embassy therefore directly PPR2.
