'Medical results have been received' and Waiting for PPR

Send CSE to them quoting "medical expiring on xxxxx"

Same me coolguy,
Medical will expire on september 2013,
However i will send them CSE next month cause they sent me reply before one week :
" background checks are outstanding and needs several months to complete"
Whats your opinion???

Hi All,

I have got the medical request letter through email on 16 May and yesterday (29 June) I completed my medical exam. As my wife is pregnant, she didn't do the X-ray. I will send the PCC & RPRF Pay Order within this week.

I have almost similar timelines as you, and have submitted passport. Did you try ordering CAIPS notes, to see what's going on with the file.

As I noticed in mine, my medicals were not updated till date.

Hi,
I got my CAIPS report. It shows medical received and all other details and a visa officer designating other personnel for visa issuance.
The strike came at the wrong time for us. Hopefully we will get it in a week or so.

Case specific enquiry : In most cases they give a standard reply
Try CAIPS and find anything is still missing. Then you can comply that even before you get a letter from NDVO.

My passport is with NDVO for 8 months now. Once the strike is over, we will all get the passport back with the magical sticker. Let's pray for those who are on strike. If their demand is genuine, they should get it. For us the strike should end soon.

I have recd call dt.05.06.13 from ndvo regarding my employment verification. I am on leave today & first they call on office reception & my office reception guy just join& he says to say he don`t know me. Then. They call me put some questions
I will give answers accordingly
Pls suggest this negative feedback from my office to ndvo they rejection my file or they give time to jusify this

If you are genuine applicant you don't need to worry.

You will get an intimation if the Visa Office fail to get information from your employer. Subsequently you can give them the necessary details. Possibly you will have to go through an interview.

Can anybody please enlighten me on my status ?

I submitted my medicals in February 2013. Submitted required docs (landing fees, police clearance, etc) last March 2013. I only need the MR for my family. But until now they (LVO) has not sent it inspite several requests. My Ecas is still showing In process since January. No MR receipt in the Ecas still after I sent mine last Feb (maybe because I have not sent my family's medicals). I checked with the courier, LVO has already received it 1 week after it was sent. Its almost 4 months already!!

My consultant (Premiers) told me that LVO is maybe in the process of doing my background check after I sent my docs in March. And they cannot do any inquiry right now regarding my status or MR for my family. They said I just need to wait until July.

My questions are:

- Is it normal not to receive yet the MR of my family after several requests? Is it true that they will send it after LVO finishes my background check?
- Why is it that MR received is not yet showing in my Ecas even if I already submitted my medicals in February? (Is this because I have not sent my family's medicals?
- How long do I need to wait before we can make the inquiry about my status?
- Do you think there is a problem in my application why it is taking that long?

Im so worried.. Please advise me
