JIGARSHAH - your ECAS line for MR was on 25-4-2013 (assuming security/criminality checks timeframe thereafter - roughly about 90-120 days with minimal or extensive travel history respectively)

If you notice as per GCMS your Criminality is passed which is of course through FOSS - easier one
Security Checks wil conclude within above time frame as applicable
So as HOPE stated - u are well within decent processing time and dont' trigger any sparks sending CSE
, it might encourage vo to dig deep into your file ... take my word for it ..
(mine ecas third line is on Mar 22- 2013) so I am pretty much a month older than ur processing time and fsw2 - same as u- so pl keep a close watch on my time frame too - I will surely notify if I get ppr and good luck to u

Dear All Friends,

By the grace of Almighty Allah, I got my long waited Passport Request (PPR).

Can I take a moment to thank everyone in the forum who have been very supportive throughout the process? I would like to thank Mr Engineer, Now, Ovais, Toso, DenmarkPK, Hope786, Nekol, Tasnim, RKO.... everyone. I may forget a name because of my excitment.

Travel history is the issue going here and debate is that it affects your case for delay if you have various travel history

I agree with you each case is different either they have travel history or No. Secondly what I observed that it also depends upon Visa Office and Visa Officers approach to deal with the case. Correct me if I am wrong 2 people with same NOC codes and same travel history time frame can be differ for them depending upon Office / Officer. There can be quota for the day week or the month I have doubt about that only.

Sorry cool if any thing hurt you...but the matter of fact before starting this thread i also started a similar thread but the name of thread was not good and not upto my thought i just left that thread and start this thread....two week ago someone just click the thread and and launch a question on that thread.......at that time mr. cool got angry and ask my why you started this similar thread...at that thread i write down all the fact and apologized to Mr. cool and other members and write the all facts......as well as i also write the same post in this forum...but mr. cool ignored the post and did not respond me....this is not a gentleman behavior.... even though when mr. cool got his PPR i again Congrat him....but again he ignored me...........we are here for resolving common issues for each other and because of our one sentence create a lot of hope to each other.....and i saw.....that mr cool doing his work very nicely....and i still have very good wishes for him.......I feel that mr. cool have some problem with him.......thats why i reacted like this......I again apologize to Mr. cool.....If i said something wrong....because we all need you in this forum.......

you have passed 10months from medical , did u send passports with that?
thats not good, i dont think background check took this much time, theyjust have to call office or work place and ask..
ah hope i dont have to wait for 10months its already 6 months..

For similar thread there were disagreement which is not bigger issue than getting visa for all

Even I face disagreement many times, but will not carry that load all the time in my mind. The main purpose here is how we benefit from this forum

Sometime BC take several month on case to case basis......it may have many reasons but one of the most common reason is huge travel history.....or travel more then one country if you have one of them have huge travel history....then it may take several months ....as you have spent all months........some time working of LVO is very weired and we can not calculate any time frame....as per your gcms note every thing is completed except security check....you still have time to receive your PPR....don't frustrated at this momment of time...soon you will get PPR.....and i strongly feel that this time is enough for Security background checks.......and may be it over now...and now your file may be in final review.....hope for the best

I had travel history that holding PPR as i expect but 10 months is enough ufff

Hello Friends,

Here is the History about my case I was applied in MAY 2010, Medical done in SEP 2012, ecas was updated in JAN 2013 MEDICAL HAVE BEEN RECEIVED. Last update by Ottawa VO in FEB 2013 asking for RPRF Payement only*(NO PASSPORT REQUEST). and now i am waiting for PPR request. I hired immigration represtative to submit and process my case. I need suggestions from seniors about cancel autority of represntative to do further process and contiune rest process by myself. I can't relyon him any more because he is not provide me any update about my case also he given update about RPRF payment after few months and it delay my case. please advice me how to cancel representative authority also if can't cancel representative how i get all updates directly from Ottawa Vo.

All information, suggestion, guidence any thing which help me to sovle this issue will be highly appreciated.

fill out IMM5476 and use section C in it to Cancel the Representation.

FYI - CPP-O is overwhelmed with files I know many cases whereby mr done in May 2012 and no ppr yet.

OTTAWA released an update recently that the will close onto applications end of this year batch wise

so basically your consultant or a a lawyer or you cannot do anything on a file - u just have to wait
