Being a French speaker you might be better applying to Quebec may be easier than other provinces in Canada. All the best

CNO and Nurses of which we will be ourselves soon part of the team are self-regulated. They are updating their systems in order to catch-up with some of the available technology that the rest of the developed world have and so it is a great challenge for them to handle.
