for your information....simple rule...if you MR recevied from Ottawa VO then it means that your file is currently handling by Ottawa VO.....and your all corrospondence should be go to Ottawa VO......many people facing same problems...for example some of our forum members case submitted to London VO and got first PER from LVO...but interview call from Abu dhabi and MR also from Abdu Dahbi....therefore currently VO of them is Abu Dahbi VO......I hope you understand...

If you order paper file they will charge $5 extra and send you on mailing address that you will provide. Its better to order only email option they will send you link once notes will be ready and password so you can download from caips website

It seems very hard.....because it is a rule that Validity of Visa is for one year from date of Medical...and your 10 month gone in processing.....if your get ppr today....and if your visa processing completed in one month then you have one month left for landing to Canada.....if its possible for you to Land in Canada with in Month....then its still possible......write to VO about your situation......and at the same time apply for your GCMS notes.....and check it out what have done with your file..
