'Medical results have been received' and Waiting for PPR

Hope786 one thing i didn't understand as u gave the above points, once its stated that on no (2) security is good and completed , and on (6) security checks started, what does it mean??? when once the security checks completed then how can again starts????

as i said in post that....this is the interpretation of different people on different forums....and i also mention quotaton of Qorax....that what he think on this stage

I applied in Jan-2009 from Toronto, I was student there at that time. My file was forwarded to buffalo for further processing and I sent my docs. there. In Feb-2010, I got a job in Saudi Arabia, since my file was in process in buffalo and I was not sure when that would be finalized, I decided to come to Saudi Arabia.

I joined my permanent job in Saudi Arabia on business Visa (kind of visit visa), which is normally 1 month validity but gets extension for 6,7,9 or up to 10 months (including first 1 month) and then I go back to Pakistan for a new Business Visa and come to back Saudi Arabia again. So sometime I stay in Saudi Arabia for 5 or 6 or 7 or 8 or 9 or even 10 months straight based on my monthly extensions.That's how I been working for last 3 years. I did not informed to any visa office about my job in Saudi yet. Since buffalo office got closed and CPP Ottawa took over the files, I was lucky enough to receive medicals and RPRF from Ottawa few days back.

Now...........

Visa Office sent me all those forms to refill again and update the current employment / studies status. I have to tell them that I am working in saudi Arabia since I left Canada.Now questions are:

1. Do you think my file would be transferred to either Pakistan or Saudi for further process at this stage of process (I am referring to medical stage)?
2. Since I am waiting for 4 years, do you think Background Check has been completed or it is still due?
3. I heard that upon PPR from CPP-Ottawa we have to send the Passports back to ottawa (regardless of applicant current location), is it true or I have to get them stamped from Pakistan or saudi?

Don't be tense by friend...your are very near to PPR request.....wait for One month........and I hope that you will get your PPR in this month......As per Qorax when we see 3rd line on ECAS it means that....Security Checks are also completed at this stage.........but some cases in 2011 reported that they are still waiting or Security approval.........this is big confusion then I go through many other threads and collect some data after analyzing the data I come to point that in 2013.......when you see 3rd line it means your Security checks are over and in 2012 there are many cases stuck up in Security checks...........and average time for Security checks is 5 months......thats why.....i assume that you are very near to your PPR and I hope that your Security checks are almost completed...

May be true. I am seeing those 2012 folks, getting PPR one by one, especially for Ottawa. Case is special for NDVO where they club Med and PPR and for London/Islamabad where they get Med, followed by PPR1 and PPR2.

Dear friend its really very confusing situation.

1. they can not transfer your file to Pakistan ...because pakistani VO is London...ISB embassy not handling FSW immigration Cases.....abt saudi arabia...i can not say any thing.
2. Background checks (Verification of Documents,Education and Employment) is over just before Medical request...now Security Background checks start by Canadian Agencies...they will see your travel history...Name check and many other things for Security Purpose...
3. From Pakistan legally you can not sent PP outside the country......PPR request normally split into two step first VO ask for Photocopies of PP and Pics its called PPR1....and second step you have to submit your PP to Islamabad embassy...for VISA and COPR...


Note: you have to very careful abt any decision because as per the clause of Canadian Immigration "MIS REPRESENTATION"....THEY MAY REFUSE YOUR CASE......

IN MY OPINION YOU HAVE TO WRITE ALL YOUR PREVIOUS ACTIVITY TO YOUR VO.....AND ALSO MENTION THE REASON WHY YOU DID NOT INFORM THEM ABOUT YOUR CHANGING CIRCUMSTANCES.....IF YOU DID NOT TOLD THEM AND DURING THE SECURITY BACKGROUND CHECK THEY FOUND THIS THING....THEY MAY REFUSE YOUR CASE....SO PLEASE BE VERY CAREFUL ABT YOUR CASE....AND WRITE YOUR ALL CIRCUMSTANCES TO QORAX....SENIOR MEMBER IN THIS FORUM....HE WILL SURE HELP YOU OUT IN THIS SITUATION....

I was not trying to hide that I am in saudia, since I am on business visa in saudia which gets expire and I have to renew it again time after time , my representative in canada suggested me to let it for now and when immigration authority will ask for updated forms then we will update them so I said okay.

Now that time has come and I will add my saudia duration in particular form and will provide my experience letter and PCC from saudia as well.

Do you think I have done some serious mistake which can affect my PR application process?

Recently i have received MR,PPRF request with 60 days submission notice.
My spouse name is incorrect on medical form.
First/Given Name was repeated twice.
I have sent CSE to LVO to correct the name attaching passport, birth certificate copy as evidence 10 days back.
Still there is no reply.

Should i book medical examination appointment for rest of family or wait for their reply?

In my opinion go for medical and at the same time fill the case-specific enquiry to your CIC to inform them that the medical papers involved wrong name of spouse but you have to say that you did the medical tests, otherwise you will wait for additional three to four weeks to receive new forms. Another point when you go to the medical tell the doctor that your spouse name is wrong and definitely he can check her passport and he could correct your spouse name and stamp it.

You are obliged to update CIC as when your circumstances change. Otherwise, it leads to misrepresentation. They will either refuse your case or put away for all eternity..

i get MR from ottawa canada VO but my case was submited to buffalo VO.
is that means after clouser of buffalo VO my case was transfer to ottawa VO
