I have sent my application from VFS, and received a letter stating I need to send my passport. How will I know whether my medical results have been checked and passed?

I have submitted my application offline by going to a Visa center. I have no clue on which website I can use to see my status. All I can do is track my application but when I try to see my status it requires me to sign in an account.
I also wanted to know if there is anything wrong with my medical result, do I get the inadmissable letter after sending passport?

Congo, you visa has been approved.. If you want to link your application go to, cic.gc.ca and then go go link you application then after sign up link your file and see the status you visa has been approved. Anyway what is your profile and when you lodged your file in which vfs??
You would have applied with upfront medical. Your medical is cleared most probably thats why they are asking for passport.
