So guys,
We just received our medical (and other papers) request via MAIL and not via e-mail as we thought we would.
Below I am quoting what it asks for...
1) complete and provide proof of completion of the immigration medical examination for yourself, and all family members. This must be received at this office by: 10/16/2012 (*this sentence is written everywhere so I will not repeat it)
2) If your residence period in the USA has been six months or longer since the age of 18, provide an original FBI clearance certificate for yourself.
3) For each country/state where the residence period has been six months or longer since the age of 18, provide an original police clearance certificate yourself and Spouse/Common-law partner: GREECE.
4) Proof of funds for yourself, and all family members.
5) A letter of reference from your employer yourself and Spouse/Common-law partner.
6) Please specify your spouse's actual occupation. Her (it should say "his" here... I am confused...) declaration as "working"made on Schedule A is not acceptable.
...
...
...
The above information/documents must be received in our office within 60 days from the date of this letter. Failure to do so could result in the refusal of your application.

So our questions and notes are:
1) ok understood
2) ok understood (we already have issued it, do they expire?)
3) Does this mean that as we have lived in New York for more than 6 months we must send a pcc ON TOP OF the FBI one? There is NO way it can be reached before the deadline they set.
4) We have already sent this. We have no problem sending it again but I do not understand why they ask for it again and at this point.
5) What if the spouse is not working anymore? Will this affect the application?
6) there is NO way we have written "working". I cannot understand what they mean.
...
...
...
The letter arrived today (4th of September) and they ask the papers within 60 days BUT on the 16th of October! What do we do!?!?
Please, someone experienced HELP us!!!!
