can you tell what is the physical exam is in some words because I am concern about my daughter which is 2.5 years and she is in bad relation with doctors and their tests.

i was waiting for your reply in our group thread :). thanks for the reminders!

it seems like we're leaving at about the same time next year, after our child's graduation. well, how can we say no to them when it's actually because of them that we're seeking greener pastures. so your daughter will start high school in canada and my son will be in grade 1.

@ zaidkhalid, they do not do extensive physical exams on 2-year olds. no blood & urine tests. the doctors will understand how some toddlers behave during check-ups. don't worry...

Harare, zimbabwe must be the most expensive place for medicals. Two adults & one child aged 11 yrs costed me usd 900.

babutv2000, that is expensive compared to manila fees, even though there's 3 of you. for me & my 5 y.o. son, it will cost aroung 125 usd.

yes...mom2karl is right in saying that for children below 5 years old doctors do not perform lengthy procedures...just simple PE, no more urine testing or even chest xray...UNLESS ordered by the doctor once the DMP suspects other respiratory conditions

Just make sure that you bring food, water and beverages for ur kids...or little toys to keep them from having tantrums or fits//
