Medical papers are lost...what should I do? Help needed from PMM and seniors

I had received medical papers for myself, my wife and son but unfortunately they were lost. They gave me 60 days starting from 9 November, Still one month to go to finish the deadline. Also I have to send Landing fee and updated Police clearance certificate. Paper for police clearance from Saudi Arabia was also lost

If I told them they are lost and it was my mistake then what will happened? will they send me new papers? i am very worried. Please tell me what should I do, obviously I have to inform CIC and ask them to send me new papers but what should I tell them and how? What will be the reaction of CIC?

Please seniors help me in this difficult situation.
