friends i have got PCC REQUEST N IMM008 FORM FOR ME N SPOUSE 15 DAYS BACK. ( no schedule 1 form). what is in kitty for me?????????????? any suggestions wud be appreciated. I HV SENT THEM BOTH N YET TO RECIEVE ANY REPLY. dear BISHISHTA till there r many in d list so keep spirits high

With the grace of Waheguru.... Almighty... I got a call from my consultants to collect the landing papers and PP.




Can't explain in words how happy we all are in the family.

Few timelines which will help all my friends waiting for DM and Papers

1. Applied 03rd June 2010
2. Medicals rcvd - 22nd July2013 (NO other papers apart from medicals)
3. Medicals completed and ecas updated - 8th Aug2013
4. RPRF , PP and other documents requirement from NDVO - 15th Jan2014
5. All papers Send to NDVO - -22nd Jan2014
6. Ecas Updated with Decision made - 3rd Feb 2014
7. PP and Landing papers rcvd - 13th feb2014

NOTE : 1. No new PCC asked for . I Have Submitted the PCC in 2010 .
2. No interview

I have one of the rare most cases of not receiving any requirement at the time of Medicals and later on NO PCC requirement asked from NDVO. I was much tensed but finally .. It went fine...

God bless all and hope fully all the pending MI 1 cases will get over in next 15-20 days.

No, nothing is mentioned in my MR. Only medical forms have come and they have instructed to submit the medicals in 45 days. One single mail for medicals nothing else.( In July 2013) , rest all the requirements are asked in Jan2014

But our passports are at NVDO.

Can I get PCC without passport??

I wonder what review they mean after medicals. Can they reject my application still or they Mean background checks. Any senior on board please help.

do not worry about this status. They are doing your background checks. usually a file is not rejected at this stage unless there are some serious issues with your checks. So do not worry, your visa may be soon on its way.
