medical forms received but covering letter for passport & RPRF not received

Recently I have received an email from NDVO with medical forms attachment but I haven't received covering letter stating to send original passport, RPRF and medical reports within stipulated time...

I have already send case specific enquiry email but even after a week , there is no reply..

Please guide..

May be they missed the documents. Hope they will send soon. I think there is UCI number and as well. If there is UCI number you can still remain stand by...................

yaa medical letter contains UCI and application no also..Generally medical forms comes after an email of RPRF,passport,PCC and medical come... In my case, medical forms came first but still RPRF,passport request email not received...

You wrote as "If there is UCI number you can still remain stand by..." what's the meaning of this?

Sometime, they send after 1-2 days..........................

I think there is no reason to worry.. Although NDVO club all the request together unlike other VO For Ex Ottawa..

As they will commence with Background check which will take months for completion because of which you will be stuck with your Passport..

RPRF they can request at the time of requesting Passport which is nothing but cost of Visa Fee..

I had the same problem resolution

1. Go for medical
2. Apply for gcms
3. Prepare all possible documents.
4. Send all the documents after you get your gcms

What Is GCMS?
As NDVO had not send me PP request, do still I have to send PP,RPRF & PCC?

And if not send all these docs and if by mistake, they have forgotten to send that email of docs required, what would be their course of action?

Pls advice what to do Now?
