is there anything i need to take when i get my exams done besides money, ID, photos, and the medical form that im suppose to print frm online on the cic website? is it ok that i havent paid for my application yet, (havent sent in my application yet, plan on sending the medical with it)

That's fine if you haven't paid for your application yet. Everything that you are taking sounds great except I would contact the doctor that you are having the appt with as they may require something else for example one doctor i called had everything you mentioned plus their own form that i had to fill out before the appointment.

So we do medical check up first then later send together with all our application to CPC in Vegreville, Alberta ? My wife will sponsor me inside Canada....
