Any Ideas when should I do my medical before visa process and what do i need to take along with it during my medical examination?And do i need to take any appointment?

You should do it before your visa process.
You are supposed to take the offer letter, passport and 1 copy of it and 4 passport size photographs.

Before applying for visa will be better. There is a list of hospitals in the site you can check along with their telephone numbers. Call them and book the appointment. They will give you the list of all the things you have to bring with you. I went early on that day so all the test of mine were over in around 1.5 hrs. Then they will give you a payment receipt and a form in which it will be written that you have done your test at this hospital. Attach these original documents with your other visa documents. Hope that helps.
