Sorry i accidentally wrote 25th Sep. I submitted my application at BLS on 25th Nov 2024 and got a text message from BLS on 26th Nov that application is at the consulate for processing .

Ok. I submitted the application via walk-in at BLS regina on 25th Sep. The status on BLS website says processing at consulate but when I try tracking on OCI portal it says application not found.

hey once you submitted the application to BLS after how many days were you able to track it on the OCI portal?

When you fill the application form online and upload the documents a application number will be provided which you can use.

I had my citizenship test in April this year and they asked me for my passport copies and sask driving license. I have not heard from CIC since then, my application status is In Progress, and all sections say complete except for Ceremony. I was never invited for an interview, is that normal?

its better if u wait for your degree and then apply for pgwp and start this job.
